Pricing

How much does coffee cart hire cost in Sydney?

Our published packages: $275 for up to 2 hours (50 coffees included), $550 for 3 hours (100 coffees), $1,000 for 4 hours (200 coffees), $1,500 all-day (300 coffees). Extra coffees are $5.00–$5.50 each and travel is a flat $30 anywhere in Greater Sydney. Price your exact event instantly.

How much does office catering cost per person?

Lunch packages run $15 (Essential), $20 (Premium) and $25 (Deluxe) per head; high tea is $35 and premium high tea $45 per head. Minimum 10 guests, $250 minimum spend.

What does a coffee cart for 50 people cost?

Around $305–$340 all-in for a two-hour event: the $275 package covers ~50 coffees, plus $30 flat travel. Extra coffees beyond the package are $5.50 each on that tier.

What does a second barista cost, and when do I need one?

$50 per hour. One barista pours roughly 60–80 coffees an hour, so for larger crowds (or a short, sharp conference break) a second barista keeps queues short. The estimator adds one automatically from your guest count.

Are there hidden fees?

No — the package rate, per-cup rate beyond your inclusions, $50/hour second barista and flat $30 travel are the whole price list. GST tax invoices provided.

Do you charge more for outer suburbs?

No. Travel is a flat $30 whether you’re in the CBD, Penrith, Hornsby or Cronulla.

Coffee & the cart

What coffee do you serve?

Café-quality specialty coffee, ground to order — espresso, flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, long blacks — plus chai, hot chocolate and babycinos. Dairy, oat, almond and soy milks included.

How many coffees can one barista make per hour?

Roughly 60–80 depending on the order mix. For 100+ guests in a tight window we roster a second barista.

How many coffees should I plan per guest?

About one per guest for a standard 2–3 hour event; 1.5–2 per delegate for all-day conferences.

What does the cart need on site?

Roughly 2×2 metres of space and a standard power outlet. It fits standard lifts and loading docks, and works indoors or outdoors (we plan weather cover for outdoor sites).

How long does setup take?

We arrive 60–90 minutes before service starts; pack-down is usually under an hour.

Can the cart be branded for our event?

Yes — custom cups, signage and cart styling are available for activations and launches. Allow extra lead time for printed items.

Can I get coffee and food in one booking?
